Pricing & Sign Up

Registering for service online is so much easier than driving across town touring a facility and filling out paperwork. Click on the 'Signup' link on our home page. In about a minute, you can have cubes scheduled for delivery.
Our pricing includes volume discounts. As you store more cubes—8, 16, and 32—you receive better value. When you reach these targets, all cubes in your account are automatically billed at a reduced rate.
We use cube equivalents: Small Suitcase = 1, Large Suitcase = 2, Skis = 2, Snowboard = 2, Golf Clubs = 2, Bike = 2.
Yes, but there's a minimum fee of one month per cube. Accounts under 90 days don't qualify for discounts or promotions.
Yes! You're only charged for the days your items are stored. You pay only for the space and time you use.
No. Cubes are provided for free to help with your storage needs and improve efficiency.
Larger items are priced based on how many standard cubes they would occupy in the warehouse.
Discounts are automatically based on the number of items in storage, not the length of the term.

Ordering Cubes & Supplies

We generally suggest that customers order 4 cubes for each room in your apartment/home. If you think you need a few more... order a few extra. If you think you need a lot more... order a bunch.
Storage as a service works best when we can optimize our space and processes around standard containers. All of our cubes are barcoded, radio tagged, securable, durable, reusable and have rated carrying capacities.
Cubes are 23.8" L x 19.2" W x 12.5" H externally, and 22.3" L x 18.1" W x 12.5" H internally, with a volume of 2.40 cubic feet (18 gallons). They are durable, water-resistant, and have a 50-pound weight limit.
Cubes are made of strong, water-proof material, and are resistant to deterioration, mold, and tears. They can be stacked and secured, and are designed to protect items inside.
For items larger than the standard cube, contact [email protected] for pricing and availability. Larger items are priced based on the equivalent space they occupy.
Log in and select 'Send me some new Cubes' to request more. If you received too many, return extras to the Concierge during your next pickup.

Packing

Just about anything as long as it is legal, non-perishable and can fit in one of our cubes. We are unable to receive items that are perishable, hazardous, illegal, flammable, or corrosive. We do make exceptions for sporting equipment, e.g. skis, bicycles, golf clubs, snowboards and hockey gear.
For our business and corporate customers, we will place your File/Bankers Box (15"L x12"W x 10"H) inside a standard cube. This provides for extra protection and easier handling. We provide the cubes, place your records safely transport them to storage. When you need something back you will have a photographic record of each box to assist you in locating their return.
Cubiq provides for a courtesy week to schedule a pick up after receiving bins. After one week we will identify your account as an 'In-Home' user and begin billing based on rate that is 50% of the standard service rate. Keep them for as long as you need.
Sure. We love this! Combining cube deliveries and returns into one event is efficient for everyone. Your personal Storage Concierge can wait up to 20 minutes between a pick up or a drop off.
Yes sir/ma'am you do. A completely closed cube is a happy cube. Overstuffed cubes can cause a wobbly unsafe stack. A wobbly unsafe stack is bad news to those handling or standing around them.
Distribute weight across multiple cubes, placing heavier items at the bottom. Group similar items like winter, summer, or holiday things to streamline your storage.

Pickup

You are welcome to schedule additional pickups. The fee to do so is $10 per cube.
Yes. To cancel your appointment, please email [email protected]. Cancellations prior to midnight on the day before are free. After midnight, a $10 fee applies.
If your building has personnel to receive deliveries, we will leave your order with them. Otherwise, the cubes will be returned to the warehouse and you will need to reschedule.
Pickups and Deliveries may be scheduled 7 Days a week. Our trucks are on the road from 8:00am-6:00pm.

Return Delivery of Your Cubes

Oh yes! This is the best part of using the Cubiq platform. All of your personal storage is 'in your pocket'. Login anytime to view, organize or request the return of any or all cubes.
Deliveries and Pickups are made within 24 hours of a request. Priority deliveries are within the same day and usually within 4 hours. Priority deliveries will be assessed an expedited service charge but will not exceed $49.
You receive a monthly delivery credit based on your cube count. Exceeding it incurs a $10 fee per cube or cube equivalent.

Yes. Cancel by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations before 11:59 PM the night before are free; same-day cancellations cost $10.

Absolutely. Cubiq is able to ship to any location in the world. Enter in the shipping address and submit your order as you normally would. We will send you a quote based on standard ground/freight rates. Once you approve the quote, we will charge your credit card and prepare the shipment. Shipping outside of a Cubiq service area will incur a cube purchase fee of $20 per cube. The fee is refundable on its return.

Security

The most important thing that we can do is make sure that the items that you entrust to us are cared for. Your cubes will be secured with barcoded security seals before they are removed from your home. Cubiq is the first provider to pioneer the use of securable distribution containers, coupled with barcodes, RFID tags and security seals. Security seals provide comfort in knowing that your cube has remained sealed from pick up to return. Our warehouses have 24-hour security surveillance.
We have multiple warehouses on the periphery of the city. All of our warehouses are temperature-controlled with 24-hour video surveillance, motion detection, numeric keypad or proximity card access, and require secure key access to individual areas once inside.

Billing and Account Management

Your credit card is charged monthly or just before your final delivery. Cubiq bills only after services are rendered, unlike traditional rentals. However, accounts must be current before any delivery is made.
If your card fails, Cubiq will contact you to request another payment method. We’re a subscription service and settle accounts monthly.
Your account must be current to request cubes. After three months of non-payment, you’ll receive a notice. If unresolved after 30 days, Cubiq may sell, donate, or dispose of your items and cancel your subscription.
Yes. Log in and click 'Edit Account' to update your email, password, phone, or credit card. To update delivery addresses, go to 'My Addresses'.

Add your new address to 'My Addresses.' We’ll prepare a shipping and cube purchase estimate. Once approved, your items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a freight service.
